Here’s how you can turn your rewards into instant cash off your bill.
Redeeming your points is easy and convenient.
Simply scan your Rewards card at your favourite TacoTime location, or log in to the TacoTime Canada app or online ordering site. You decide whether to use the full amount or just a portion of your points.

Here’s how you can turn your rewards into instant cash off your bill.
Your Digital Rewards Card can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Scan your digital card in-store or add it to your profile when ordering online or on TacoTime App.
Once you’ve registered, keep an eye out for a Welcome email packed with info on how to claim your points! Don’t forget to check your inbox and your spam folder just in case. As a special treat, you’ll automatically earn 1,000 points when you make your first order within 30 days of signing up!
If you haven’t seen any emails from us yet, we’d recommend taking a quick look at your profile settings to make sure we have your permission to send you updates, exclusive member promotions and deals.
As a rewards member, you’ll receive a special treat of 2,500 birthday points when you place an order within seven days after your big day. It’s super easy, just order online or visit us in-store and your points will be added to your account automatically.
If you placed an order and didn’t receive your points, no worries! Just send us your Rewards Card number along with a picture of your receipt to letstacoboutit@tacotimecanada.com

You can earn points in two ways: by using a digital card or a physical one! You’ll receive 10 points for every dollar you spend, whether you make a purchase in-store or online. Just scan your digital or physical card when you’re in the store, or add your card number to your online profile when placing an order through the TacoTime Canada App.
Your points can help you save money right away. You can turn those points into discounts on your bill! Here’s how it works:
1,000 points = $2 off
2,500 points = $5 off
5,000 points = $10 off
Once you’ve collected enough points, you can use them to get some dollars off your bill! Just remember to fill out your profile after signing up so you can start enjoying your rewards!
When you’re in the store, just scan your card and let the staff know you’d like to redeem your points. If you’re using the app, you can choose to use all your points or just a part of them before placing your order.
If you need to reset your password on the TacoTime Canada app or ordering site, don’t worry! It’s super easy!
Create a new password, and make sure to save it on your phone or desktop. You’ve got this!

On the TacoTime Canada app, you will find your available points on the Home tab.
To find your digital card on the TacoTime Canada app, just tap the red barcode icon in the top right corner of your screen.
If you’re using the ordering site, simply log in and head over to My Profile. You’ll see your digital card there!
